I’m here for you.
Whether you’re preparing for postpartum support or already home with your baby, I’d love to connect and see how I can support you during this special season.
You don’t need to have everything figured out, feel free to reach out with questions, concerns, or to schedule a consultation. I’m here to help you feel steady, supported, and confident.
Once you send me a note through the form, I’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days so we can chat. We’ll talk more about the support I offer and I can answer any questions you may have.
Looking forward to connecting with you!

Frequently Asked Questions

A postpartum doula offers emotional, practical, and educational support during the weeks after birth. I support both you and your baby with newborn care guidance, reassurance, and a calm, steady presence as you adjust to life at home.
-
Many families book during pregnancy, but support can also be arranged after your baby arrives. We’ll find an option that fits where you are.
-
Not at all. My role is to support the entire family, including partners. I help partners feel more confident, rested, and supported, not replaced, so they can stay present and connected during this transition.
-
Family support can be wonderful. A postpartum doula offers something different, nonjudgmental, evidence-based support focused on your recovery, your baby’s development, and your confidence as parents. Many families find that having both creates a more balanced and supported experience.
-
Support can range from a few visits to several weeks or months. We’ll create a plan that feels right for your family.

Yes. I offer ongoing voice and text messaging support via Voxer for questions, reassurance, and guidance between visits. This support is available as an optional add-on and is priced separately.
